What do I need to bring when boarding my dog at Top K9?
Please bring your dog’s food, any medications they require, and any comfort items they love, such as a favorite toy or blanket. We provide clean bedding and bowls.
Can I visit the facility before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage all pet parents to schedule a tour of our facility. It’s a great opportunity to see where your dog will be staying and meet our team.
How are dogs supervised during their stay?
Our trained team is on-site to monitor, supervise, and engage with the dogs throughout the day. Your dog will never be left unattended during playtime or feeding.
Are dogs separated by size or temperament?
Yes. We assess each dog’s behavior and ensure they are grouped appropriately for safety and comfort, based on size, energy level, and temperament.
Can you administer medication or follow a special feeding schedule?
Yes, we’re happy to follow your dog’s medication and feeding routine exactly as instructed. Please provide clear written instructions at check-in.
Do you provide updates during my dog’s stay?
Yes! We send photo and video updates so you can see how your dog is doing. Communication is important to us—we want you to feel at ease.
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured during boarding?
Your dog’s safety is our top priority. In case of illness or injury, we will contact you immediately and take your dog to a trusted veterinary professional if needed.
